Вакансия: Application Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Product and application support of all area of laboratory equipment (microbiology) or in biopharmaceutical industry in the areas membrane chromatography, virus purification or in biopharmaceutical industry in the areas of fermentation and fluid management (cell and microorganisms fermantation, single-use solutions for biopharmaceutical process such as bags, mixing systems, out-of-box solutions for process steps);
• Performing test trails and prepare the corresponding reports for customers
• Demonstration of products and equipment on the customer's premises
• Tracking the market with regard to technical developments and the competitive situation in your assigned area of responsibility in order to support Product Management
• Participation in the sales planning and forecasting process
• Planning and steering of projects, e.g., for launching new products on the market
• Close cooperation and support of the Sales and Marketing, Product Management, R&D and Supply Chain Management units in dealing with complex issues involving filtration technology
• Holding training seminars and presentations on the topics of filtration and purification technology; reporting.

Requirements:

• University studies completed in biotechnology, biology, chemistry, process engineering
• Professional experience in laboratory work with equipment (biological, chemical) or biopharmaceutical industry or cell culture biology or process engineering
• Professional experience in sales previous positions would be advantageous
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Pratice (GMP)
• Technical understanding
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft® Office applications, especially PowerPoint
• Fluency in business English, both written and spoken
• Willing to travel extensively in Russia /CIS
• Ability to work independently and systematically
• Excellent communication skills and a team player who is highly service-oriented.
